But what good is the label if there is no regulatory standard behind it? What are the “dosages” based on? Until FDA settles on a standard for the cannabis industry, unregulated “labeling” serves as breeding ground for fraud.
Dosages are based on measured concentrations! There should be no fraud if incorporating third-party testing. You could have the same argument with dietary supplements which are not required to have any third party analysis or efficacy confirmation.
